FAQs

Q?

When do we need help?

A.

When we have any emotional imbalances which we cannot handle, such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Anger, Fear, Phobias, low Self Esteem, Paranoia or any obsessive tendencies. Addictions are also treated under imbalances. Conflicts in relationships. Repeated patterns. Recurring Dreams.

Q?

How can hypnotherapy help?

A.

Hypnotherapy is the deepest therapy available to cleanse and heal . It involves the  articipation of the client and therapist after relaxing the client to the point where the conscious mind takes a back seat and the sub conscious mind, the storehouse of all memory of all life times , is accessed. This is done to access the unassimilated memories of people and events which have a disturbing influence in the current life. These are identified and healed through various hypnotherapy tools such as Past Life Regression, Hypnodrama etc. The client often undergoes a major cleansing and transformation besides acquiring a deeper understanding of the self and the expanse of life itself.

Q?

During therapy, does a client lose control?

A.

During the process , the therapist is merely the navigator who , after determining the client’s issues and the therapy to be done, regresses the client to the theta level of consciousness and, through a process of questions to and replies from the client, heals the issue . THE CLIENT IS RELAXED BUT FULLY IN CONTROL. If this were not the case, the therapist would not be able to conduct a successful session with desired results.

Q?

How should a client prepare for therapy?

A.

The client must:

  • be completely ready for the mentally and emotionally
  • should not have taken any medication since 48 hours prior to the
  • therapy session ( vitamins are allowed)
  • should have complete faith in the therapist and the process.
  • should be completely honest with the therapist on all personal matters

Q?

How many sessions does a client require?

A.

Depending on the issue or issues and their intensity, the therapist adopts methods of counseling and therapy, if required later.
Sometimes, one session is enough, but sometimes, more than one session may be required.
Many times, if the client, after a successful session, goes back to old thought and behavioral patterns, the effect of the session may wear out.The basic knowledge that everyone must have is that we are all individuals with a free will. We can CHOOSE to be healed or continue with old habits. It is vital to our happiness to know that we are creators of our own destiny. A therapist is responsible for clearing the immediate issue but the clients remain responsible for their lives. The buck stops with them.
